Competition is the nature of freedom. It's supposed to drive forward new ideas, help us to improve upon each other's mistakes, and in turn, see what our opponents are doing better than us so that we can improve upon ourselves whilst we do the same. This is the foundation of Captialism, the free market enterprise system set forth by John Adam's An Inquiry into the Nature and Causes of the Wealth of Nations
. Let it never be said that we despise competition.
However, sometimes when people try to "compete"... It's sad. They think that "improvement" requires little to no effort, that it's something that will just "come" to them. That's not how freedom works- it's something you have to strive for, you have to strive to outdo- or in this case, outgrow- the competition.
But as sad as what I'm considering, it's also quite flattering whens someone so blatantly copies you, that there's no shadow of a doubt that they're specifically trying to be like you. Today, I'd like to present one such form of flattery to you:
That's right, our group is now recognized enough amongst the giantess community, that we don't merely have a competitor, but an imitator right down to concept, name, and
tagline. Although I do sort of pity what that means for them, it's a boost of confidence for us; it means we're doing things right, and that not only do others want what we have, they want to be
us. And it's not that hard to do, you know, we accept members without much scrutiny.
In other news, there's been a recent influx of collages. Not my sort of thing, but
is certainly happy about it. I wish the idea we came up with last night could be illustrated as a collage, but we'll need an actual artist for the job, one good with pictures. I have someone I think I'll make a request of, but it's not like they owe me or anything, so don't be surprised if this doesn't happen soon.
What is this idea? We'll, we've finally figured out a loophole that will allow us to picture an omnigiantess. No, not a macrogiantess, an omnigiantess, literally infinite in size, yet still ever growing. How can those conditions mutually exist? Aren't I the very person that said that it's impossible for a being of infinite size to be visually manifested? I'll explain in a brief mathematical rant if/when we can find someone to illustrate this idea.
